Building Resilience - Look on the Bright Side
This term at Victoria we have been learning to Look on the Bright Side. We can all look at the same situation from different perspectives. Sometimes the way we think about things that happen to us, can have a bigger impact on our wellbeing than the event itself.
We have learnt that:
- The way you think can affect the way you feel.
- There are different ways of looking at the same thing.
- Focusing on what you are grateful for can help.
